Welcome to Grace Laser and Wellness, your primary source for laser hair removal and skin treatments. We are dedicated to making you feel and look your very best with a focus on dependability, extraordinary client service, and a unique scientific approach.
Founded in 2013 by Jenny Chang, Grace Laser and Wellness has come a long way from its beginnings as Grace Laser Skin Care. When Jenny first started out, her passion for affordable high quality skin and wellness care drove her to do intense research and gave her the impetus to turn Grace Laser Skin Care into Grace Laser and Wellness. Now we serve clients from all over lower mainland. Grace Laser and Wellness has been voted as the Best Laser Hair Removal provider for 3 years running (2016 - 2018) by the local paper, New Westminster Record.
Our experienced and highly qualified professionals use the latest technologies and truly love this industry. We love nothing more than helping you realize how great your skin and body can be.

Jenny (Sung Yoon) Chang was born in Korea where she received her Bachelor's and Master's Degree of Science from Kunkuk University in Seoul.

Jenny (Sung Yoon) Chang was born in Korea where she received her Bachelor's and Master's Degree of Science from Kunkuk University in Seoul.
In 1997, she moved to Canada and pursued a research career. From 2005 to 2012, Jenny worked as a research supervisor at the BC Cancer Research Centre and at the UBC Centre for Disease Modeling. Her love of science, lab experience and her commitment to helping others, led Jenny to open Grace Laser and Wellness in 2013. “The science of skincare has come a long way. I feel grateful for the opportunity to enhance a person’s health and confidence with the best, evidence-based products and services,” she says. To ensure every Grace Laser and Wellness client has a safe and positive experience, Jenny is Laser Safety and Chemical Safety Certified from the University of British Columbia. Jenny lives in New Westminster with her husband and two children.
